Wei Liu

Wei is interested in combining systems biology models of Estrogen Receptor (ER) signalling with a genome-wide map of epigenetic and genetic determinants of ER in cell lines and primary breast cancers. Wei is working on the computationally driven experimental approaches, in which the computational models of ER signalling and binding guide experiments to more fully understand ER binding behaviour.
