SANTA - Spatial ANalysis of NeTwork Associations
SANTA is a computational approach for linking networks of molecular interactions to cellular functions and phenotypes. SANTA functionally annotates networks like standard enrichment methods annotate lists of genes.
SANTA is a rigorous implementation of an intuitive measure of functional association:
Several applications show that SANTA accurately quantifies the functional content of networks, points to mechanisms underlying observed phenotypes, and provides a natural way to compare functional changes across networks.
