Geoff Macintyre

Broadly, I am interested in developing methods for heterogeneous data integration applied to high-throughput molecular data derived from human cancer tissue samples. In all cases, the method development and data analysis is motivated by attempts to alter clinical practice. Currently, I am working in the Brenton and Markowetz groups on approaches for detecting tumour heterogeneity in ovarian cancer.
